Stepping Out on the Town – Things To Do | February 2026

Up for a Daytrip? Check out the annual 16th Annual Pigz in Z’Hills BBQ & Blues Fest in downtown Zephyrhills

By Michele Miller
What’s What New Port Richey

Wow! There’s plenty on the February agenda for those looking to keep it close to home – or take a short trip “over the border” or maybe a day trip to the other side of the county, where two home-town festivals will be hosted this month, along with the annual Pasco County Fair and the startup of the Bay Area Renaissance Fest.

There’s a little competition here with two quilt fests – one in Dade City, as well as a multi-day event held in NPR. A couple of dueling pub/bar crawl fundraisers are slated for the same date, with different start times in downtown NPR. Take in a little history seminar or an outdoor concert in the park or at the beach. Something’s Rotten! opens at Richey Suncoast. Richey Community Orchestra performs at the Center for the Arts at River Ridge. Add to that comedy, painting in the park, movie days and nights, and a whole lotta live music.

Scroll down to peruse the calendar by date or use the Quick Search function. Click or tap the photos to link to websites and for more information on specific events.

Now get out there and enjoy!

  • Note – OTB designated events held over the Pasco County Border that are close enough to be worth the ride.
