What’s What New Port Richey
The City of New Port Richey Parks & Recreation Department really outdid itself with this year’s Christmas Tree Lighting event, held on Friday, December 5, which came complete with a tropical snowfall and a temporary “sledding/tubing event” held in Sims Park.
On Satruday evening, New Port Richey Main Street followed up with the annual boat parade, which offered a fine showing of decorated vessels making their way down the Pithlachascotee River from Miller’s Bayou in Port Richey to Sims Park in New Port Richey.
