The City of New Port Richey’s Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking proposals to retain a qualified, highly creative, and motivated artist or artists to design and paint a desired and approved planter wall design on the front andbback of the seven landscape planter walls situated along Nebraska Avenue in the Railroad Square portion of Historic Downtown New Port Richey.
The images should align with the approved “Bending Light” theme and visually represent the story and progression as visitors walk through Railroad Square. A total of seven images would be created with the identical image being painted on both sides of the planter.
