Community Markets & Events, based out of New Port Richey, brings the shopping to you – hosting pop-ups each month in parks, neighborhoods a local businesses. Holiday Markets are also held in area malls such as Country Side Mall in Clearwater.
These local pop-ups offer a convenient way for community members to shop locally and support small businesses. Markets also give vendors of all sorts – whether it be bakers, soap and dog treat makers, honey gatherers, jewelers or lemonade stand owners – an opportunity to build a customer base along with their business model while keeping overhead costs down. For some, it’s the next step in moving on to a food truck or brick-and-mortar store.
