Every year, the Pasco Clerk & Comptroller’s Office identifies checks issued by either the Clerk’s Office or Pasco County that were never cashed or were returned for various reasons. Rather than letting those funds sit unnoticed, the Office publishes an annual list so residents and businesses can see if money belongs to them.
This year, that list includes more than $290,000 in unclaimed funds.

According to the Clerk’s Financial Services Department, the total includes $82,865.09 in Clerk’s Office funds and $207,328.85 in County funds. Some individuals and businesses are owed just a few dollars, while others may be entitled to hundreds or even thousands.
For information on how to search the list, visit the Pasco Clerk & Comptroller’s website here.
