Reclaimed Water Outage in FGUA Seven Springs System

(New Port Richey, FL) The Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) will be temporarily interrupting
reclaimed water service to 1,788 reclaimed water service customers in the FGUA Seven Springs System, as
FGUA is undergoing maintenance at the Seven Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant in New Port Richey. Service will be interrupted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 16th.


The FGUA reminds customers that due to ongoing dry weather conditions and limited reclaim water
availability, customers are encouraged to follow current Pasco County Water Conservation Ordinances and restrict use of reclaim water outside of permitted hours between 8 a.m. and midnight.


The FGUA appreciates its customers’ efforts to protect the available reclaimed water supply during the
dry season. For more information on current Pasco County watering restrictions, please visit Pasco County’s website at .pascocountyfl.net/services/utilities/water_resources.


Customers were notified by Reverse 911 text message and voice recordings. A notice is also posted on
the FGUA Outages and Notices page at www.fgua.com.
The FGUA apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this necessary maintenance. Customers are
encouraged to revisit the “Outages and Notices” webpage or contact the FGUA Pasco Customer Service Office

(New Port Richey, FL) The Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA) has issued a systemwide Low Water Pressure Notice Advisory to 726 customers in the Colonial Manor System in New Port Richey, FL, due to a planned maintenance in conjunction with Pasco County Utilities on Monday, May 19th, 2025.


Due to the FGUA receiving water service through an interconnection with Pasco County Utilities, the FGUA
Colonial Manor System customers may experience a temporary reduction in water pressure during this
scheduled maintenance.


Customers need to take no action at this time; however, if any customer is experiencing low water pressure before or after next Monday, May 19, 2025, then they are encouraged to report any issues to FGUA Customer Service by calling (727) 372-0115.


Customers were notified by Reverse 911 text message and voice recordings. A notice is also posted on
the FGUA Outages and Notices page at www.fgua.com. The FGUA apologizes for any inconvenience customers may experience during the maintenance.
