DADE CITY, FL —- Do you own commercial property? Are you thinking of redeveloping or selling your property soon? If so, Pasco County’s Office of Economic Growth invites YOU to learn about its Brownfields Redevelopment Grant Program – something that might bring you savings and peace of mind.
WHAT: Redevelopment Grant Program Public Education Event
WHEN: Tuesday, April 7, 2026 | 6 – 8 p.m.
WHERE: Lewis Abraham Boys & Girls Club in Lacoochee
38724 Mudcat Grant Blvd., Dade City
This funding, provided by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), offers FREE ASSISTANCE with Site Assessments, Phase I and II Reports, and Cleanup Planning. It also provides extra protection in case additional issues are found after the initial report. While focusing on properties with possible contamination from prior use, the Brownfields program also includes blighted or semi-blighted properties.
