Community Workshops and Survey Are Part of the Planning Process

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL  —-  Pasco County’s Planning, Development and Economic Growth team invites you to share your vision for the redevelopment of Grand Boulevard in New Port Richey! We’re hosting three Visioning Workshops, designed to collect feedback from our community to help shape the area’s redevelopment plan.

All three workshops are scheduled from 6 – 8 p.m. at the Elfers Senior Center, 4136 Barker Drive, New Port Richey, on the following dates: April 16, May 7 and June 4, 2025.  Registration is not required.

What to expect at the first workshop:

  • Brief overview of Pasco’s intent
  • Breakout engagement sessions
  • Visually interactive survey/polling

If you’re unable to make the first meeting, follow-up workshops will continue engagement efforts, reflect changes to renderings based on community feedback, and showcase final drafts of a concept plan for Grand Boulevard.

Whether you’re a property owner, business, or possible future resident of the Grand Boulevard area, your participation is crucial in helping us identify vulnerable populations, housing, transi,t and other needs that may require attention during the Grand Boulevard redevelopment plan process.  Your ideas will also help determine how to incorporate walkability, connectivity, and urban design.

You can also provide feedback by taking our online survey: mypas.co/grandblvdsurvey
