Kristi Williams officially began her tenure with Pasco-Hernando State College as part of the President’s Administrative Leadership Team on March 24, 2025. Williams joins the college as the associate vice president of finance.

Williams has served as the vice president of finance and administration at Mountwest Community and Technical College since 2021. Prior to MCTC, Williams served as the assistant vice president of business and finance and then interim vice president of business and finance at West Virginia State University from 2014 to 2020.
Williams is a highly accomplished, results-driven senior accounting and financial management executive with over 29 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within public higher education. Williams has experienced multiple levels of financial management, serving time as a grant accountant, manager of auxiliary services, controller, business manager and executive director of accounting before becoming the assistant vice president of business and finance at WVSU.
