Florida DOH Pasco Offers Online Option for Ordering Birth & Death Certificates

Florida birth certificates are issued through the Bureau of Vital Statistics at the Department of Health. Orders may be placed online, by mail, or in person.

We are excited to share that our vital statistics team now offers a secure online option to request Florida birth and death certificates through DocuSign.

Florida birth certificates are issued through the Bureau of Vital Statistics at the Department of Health. Orders may be placed online, by mail, or in person.
