PASCO COUNTY, FL —- A Mother Nature test – and still a community effort helps Pasco County students put their best foot forward! This is our ninth year, and the Two Good Soles Shoes and Socks Drive stepped up to the challenge once again.
Pasco County Government and Constitutional Offices collected more than 11,000 pairs of shoes and socks for kids in Pasco County Schools during our 2024 drive.
This year’s drive resulted in 3,716 pairs of shoes and 7,862 pairs of socks!
Since 2016, the Two Good Soles event has collected 22,056 pairs of shoes and 53,547 pairs of socks, which social workers distribute to Pasco students.
“Our community aced the test for supporting each other this year,” says Assistant County Administrator for Public Services Cathy Pearson. “This is a great way Pasco County can give back, by helping our students move forward.”
