The Angelus 16th Annual Fireworks Extravaganza, 3 p.m. Saturday, July 28 at the Angelus in Hudson | $20 per carload

Gates open at 3 p.m. Live music at 4 p.m. Fireworks at 9 p.m. Wine, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and More. No Coolers, Alcohol, or Personal Fireworks. Proceeds benefit The Angelus.


City of New Port Richey Red, White & Blue Hometown Extravaganza, 4 – 9 p.m. Saturday, June 28, in Sims Park in downtown New Port Richey | Free

There’s something for everyone, whether you’re in it for the tasty treats, the friendly competitions, or just a fun day with neighbors and friends. 

Bounce houses, waterslides, face paint, food trucks, and field day activities. Hotdog & watermelon eating competition (4-5 p.m.), Patriotic costume contest (6:30 pm), Live Music: Rocky Boven (5 p.m.) Bay Kings Band (7 pm) Fireworks spectacular (9 pm)


Across the County | Zephyrhills Summerfest & Fireworks, 12 – 9 p.m. Saturday, July 28 in Zephyr Lake Park | Free


Patriotic Ride & Roll Golf Cart Parade, 8 p.m. Thursday, July 3, in downtown New Port Richey | $10 – $20 for participants | Free for spectators

Line-up begins at 7 p.m. behind Bourbon on Main, located at 6307 Grand Boulevard in Downtown New Port Richey. The ride begins sharply at 8 p.m. Prizes for various categories. For information on this and other NPR Main Street events & offerings, visit www.nprmainstreet.org
