Use Handy Tool to Report Damage in Pasco County


PASCO COUNTY, FL —- Pasco County Government is offering an online tool to report storm
damage following Tropical Storm Debby. This is the fastest way to get help and schedule
inspections with the county. We encourage you to upload a photo, too.
Just click on Report Damage to send information about the non-emergency damages directly to
our assessment teams. This tool is to report structural and water damage to homes and
businesses only.
You can access the Report Damage tool in a few convenient ways:

  • Download the MyPasco App in the App Store or on Google Play
  • Call or Chat with Customer Service: 727.847.2411 / MyPasco.net
    This tool allows Pasco County to gather accurate community information to help the State of Florida
    and the Federal Emergency Management Agency determine if Pasco County has enough damages
    to seek federal financial assistance.
    Note: Please report downed power lines to 911.

PASCO COUNTY, FL  —-  The Pasco Board of County Commissioners issues a Local State of Emergency for Pasco County ahead of potential severe weather associated with Potential Tropical Cyclone 4 that’s expected to impact Florida. This allows the County Administrator and Emergency Management Director to waive everyday procedures and do what they believe is necessary to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our community.

The Local State of Emergency is in effect for 7 days or until rescinded by the County Administrator if it’s no longer needed.

Pasco County Sandbag Stations Available

~~Additional self-serve sandbag site open daily through Sunday~~

PASCO COUNTY, FL  —-  In anticipation of heavy rain moving through our area associated with Invest 97, Pasco County Government is reminding you that two sandbag stations are available 24/7 to help protect property in low-lying areas from potential flooding:

Due to the potential for coastal flooding, we’re also opening additional locations.  These sandbag sites will be open from sunrise to sunset, Friday, August 2 through Sunday, August 4:

Dade City is also providing sand and bags:

All sandbag locations are self-serve and open to Pasco County residents.  Sand and sandbags will be restocked daily, weather permitting.  Please bring a shovel and be prepared to fill your own sandbags.

City of New Port Richey Sand Bag Sites

Due to the heavy rains forecasted for our area through the weekend, sand and sandbags will be available for city residents at 6420 Pine Hill Road today (Aug. 2) until 4 PM and tomorrow (Aug. 3) from 7 AM-4 PM. You must show proof of city residency and bring your own shovel as this is a self-service station.
