Here’s a special section to help keep you apprised of what’s going on with Pasco County Commissioners, who serve as the legislative and policy-making body in one of the fastest-growing counties in Florida. These are your elected officials who serve staggered four-year terms, so you might want to keep up with what they are up to, maybe attend a meeting or check out the agenda to see if there is something you, as a constituent, might want to weigh in on. **The public can attend Pasco County Commission and Planning Committee meetings.

  • Pasco County Commission meetings are traditionally held every other Tuesday, either at the West Pasco Government Center in New Port Richey or the Pasco County Historic Courthouse in Dade City. For information on Pasco County Commissioners – who they are, when they meet, and their vision statement – go to the Pasco County Commissioner web page here.
  • Planning Committee meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Second Floor Board Room, Dade City, and the third Thursday of each month at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, New Port Richey (except September – fourth Thursday and December – no meeting due to holiday). PASCO COUNTY, FL  —-  The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold a workshop Tuesday, April 15, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom in New Port Richey.  The meeting will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television.

Elected officials and senior leaders from Pasco County Government will discuss constitutional budgets for the upcoming fiscal year.

  •  The Pasco County Planning Commission (PC) Meeting Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom in New Port Richey will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television.  Members of the public can take part in the meeting in-person or virtually. To participate in the Public Comment and/or Public Hearing section of the Agenda: Via WebEx during the meeting: You must pre-register by completing a Public Comment Form or by calling Customer Service at 727.847.2411 by 4 p.m. April 16, 2025
  • The Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) meeting on Thursday, April 10, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m. in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom in New Port Richey, will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television. Members of the public can address the board from the podium inside the boardroom during the Public Comment section of the Agenda. You can also e-mail comments and any supporting materials to pcadmin@mypasco.net.  Please note, e-mails will be sent to MPO Board members; however, e-mails will not be read out loud at meetings and will not be included as part of official meeting records, unless authorized by the MPO Board. 
  •   The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, beginning at 10 a.m., in the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom in Dade City, will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television.  Members of the public can take part in the meeting in person or virtually.    To participate in the Public Comment section of the Agenda: Via WebEx during the meeting: You must pre-register by completing a Public Comment Form or by calling Customer Service at 727.847.2411 by 4 p.m. April 8, 2025. In Person: You can address the Board from the podium inside the boardroom. You can also e-mail comments and any supporting materials to pcadmin@mypasco.net.  Please note: we are not able to accept flash drives or other plug & play devices for presentations.  E-mails will be sent to Board members; however, e-mails will not be read out loud at meetings and will not be included as part of official meeting records, unless authorized by the Board. 
  • The Pasco County Planning Commission (PC) Meeting Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom in Dade City will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television.  Members of the public can take part in the meeting in-person or virtually. To participate in the Public Comment and/or Public Hearing section of the Agenda: Via WebEx during the meeting: You must pre-register by completing a Public Comment Form or by calling Customer Service at 727.847.2411 by 4 p.m. April 2, 2025.
