Tickets are still available for the State of the City Address with City Manager Debbie Manns, which will be held from 12 – 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 8 at Sasha’s in the Park at the historic Hacienda Hotel, 5621 Main Street in downtown New Port Richey.
