What’s What New Port Richey
There’s something that makes a community feel alive when music’s emanating from a local establishment, whether it’s a full band blasting it out downtown or a lone singer with their guitar playing covers and maybe an original tune or two, to the sunset at a local spot on the beach.
It’s one of the reasons What’s What New Port Richey features a monthly Local Live Music Calendar – to put a spotlight on local talent and the venues that regularly host and nurture local musicians by paying them to play. A new section called “Band For Hire” debuts on the live music calendar this week. Check out that new section featuring a band called Justin Theory. About the Band From the Band
Justin Theory has created an original melding of light jazz and blues into a warm, moving sound. We’re made up of the Bass of Del Rebelo, Lead Guitar of Sean Beck, drums of Chris Van Denberg, and the acoustic and Vocals of Ken Skelly. We’ve performed at the NPR River Concert Series, The Farm, Dunedin Brewery, The Hideaway, The Social, Kapock Events Center, Patriot Stogies, Relay for Life, and more. We can be heard on most streaming services by asking to play “Justin Theory”. Samples of our nearly 120 songs are available on our website: www.justintheorymusic.com.
