The Pasco County Cooperative Extension will host a two-part workshop designed to help individuals and families learn practical strategies to reduce cancer risk.

Prevention Kitchen combines evidence-based health information with hands-on learning experiences, including food demonstrations, recipe tastings, and discussions focused on small, sustainable changes that can support long-term health.

Part 2: October 9th: cancer screening at your scheduled time

Prevention Kitchen helps participants understand how everyday decisions related to food, movement, weight management, and recommended screenings can support overall health and well-being.
