~~UF/IFAS Pasco Extension offers full-day class, exam August 5, 2026~~
DADE CITY, FL —- The UF/IFAS Pasco County Cooperative Extension Service is offering a ServSafe Manager Certification Class and Exam session Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at the UF/Pasco County Extension Office in Dade City. ServSafe is the national food safety certification for those working or planning to work in the food industry.

8:30 a.m.
Class begins at 8:30 a.m. by reviewing material from the textbook, so be sure to study in advance. The exam will follow lunch, and participants will have two hours to complete it.

Lunch is not provided, so please pack a lunch or plan to buy lunch nearby during the break.
