Our new Dade City center is a fully operational, full‑time 911 call center designed to enhance coverage, improve system resiliency, and serve as a critical backup to our New Port Richey location. This investment reinforces Pasco County’s commitment to delivering the highest level of service to residents, visitors, and first responders.
Pasco County has also reached another public safety milestone – achieving full 911 consolidation. Pasco is one of only a few Florida counties where all municipalities are served through a single, unified dispatch system. This turning point represents years of collaboration and enhances the consistency of emergency communications across the county.
