Vote For Dell

Florida native, Dell deChant, is seeking to return to the New Port Richey City Council. Dell and his wife, Marilynn, have been active in the civic life of New Port Richey for more than 40 years. They have served on the city council, city committees and boards, and spearheaded projects from the Florida Loquat Festival and the Main Street program to Tree City USA and the city’s community garden initiative.

In this time of change and adjustment, and with support and encouragement from Marilynn and many other residents, Dell happily steps forward as a candidate for city council. He will bring a calm, caring, and conservative temperament to the Council, and a local first approach to deliberations. Consistent with his decades-long work in the city, deChant is guided by principles of fairness and harmony, ecological and cultural resilience, fiscal prudence, and an abiding love of New Port Richey.
