**The public is welcome to attend Pasco County Commissioners’ and Planning Committee meetings.


  • Pasco County Commission meetings are traditionally held every other Tuesday, either at the West Pasco Government Center in New Port Richey or the Pasco County Historic Courthouse in Dade City. For information on Pasco County Commissioners – who they are, when they meet, and their vision statement – go to the Pasco County Commissioner web page here.
  • Planning Committee meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at the Historic Pasco County Courthouse, Second Floor Board Room, Dade City, and the third Thursday of each month at the West Pasco Government Center, Board Room, New Port Richey (except September – fourth Thursday and December – no meeting due to holiday). All meetings are broadcast live on Pasco Television and streamed online on Pasco County’s YouTube Channel and Facebook page. Below are Pasco County Commission press releases announcing the meetings and offering instructions on how to attend in person or virtually.

Members of the public can take part virtually or in person. (check the dates below to see how to pre-register. You can also e-mail comments, and any supporting materials, to pcadmin@mypasco.net.  Please note: e-mails will be sent to Board members; however, e-mails will not be read out loud at meetings and will not be included as part of official meeting records, unless authorized by the Board.

Can’t attend virtually or in person? You can also e-mail comments, and any supporting materials, to pcadmin@mypasco.net.  Please note: e-mails will be sent to Board members; however, e-mails will not be read out loud at meetings and will not be included as part of official meeting records, unless authorized by the Board.

  •  The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Meeting Tuesday, April 23, 2024, beginning at 10 a.m., in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom in New Port Richey, will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television.  Members of the public can take part in the meeting in-person or virtually. To participate in the Public Comment section of the Agenda: Via WebEx during the meeting: You must pre-register by completing a Public Comment Form or by calling Customer Service at 727.847.2411 by 4 p.m. April 22.
  • The Pasco County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) board meeting Thursday, April 11, 2024, beginning at 10 a.m. in the West Pasco Government Center Boardroom in New Port Richey, will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television. Members of the public can address the board from the podium inside the boardroom during the Public Comment section of the Agenda.
  •  The Pasco Board of County Commissioners (BCC) Meeting Wednesday, April 10, 2024, beginning at 10 a.m., in the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom in Dade City, will be streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television.  Members of the public can take part in the meeting in-person or virtually. To participate in the Public Comment section of the Agenda: Via WebEx during the meeting: You must pre-register by completing a Public Comment Form or by calling Customer Service at 727.847.2411 by 5 p.m. April 9, 2024. In Person: You can address the Board from the podium inside the boardroom.
  • The Pasco County Planning Commission (PC) Meeting Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. in the Historic Pasco County Courthouse Boardroom in Dade City will be
    streamed online and broadcast live on Pasco Television. Members of the public can take part in the
    meeting in-person or virtually.
