Scenes from Chasco Fiesta 2023

March 28, 2023

Just adding a few quick snapshots taken at Chasco Fiesta Car, Truck and Bike Show which is held annually. For the last 22 years, Gulf Side Corvette Club has sponsored this event to help raise money for local charities. Once again the downtown area was packed bringing in quite the crowd to check out some old, new and custom rides. With the downtown area around Grand Boulevard blocked off, parking was at a premium. But it also gave folks an opportunity to stop into some of the local establishments for a little sustenance. Maybe take a stroll down Main Street to peruse the vendors at Wright’s Farmers Market and the Dirt Mall Vintage Pop-UP Market at Studio NPR.

The 2023 Chasco Fiesta continues through April 1, in downtown New Port Richey. And while the annual car show is over and done with, the Native American Festival continues as do the carnival and live music shows in Sims Park every night.

Also to come is the annual Boat Parade on Saturday, April 3, the Special Olympics 5k and 1-mile, Fun Run and the Chasco Art Show and the Chasco Golf Tournament. The Sertoma BBQ will be up and running again on March 31 and April 1 in Sims Park and there are plenty of food vendors, artisans and other vendors to check out as well.
